Exciting Things Ahead for ARES
The Williams County Amateur Radio Association is gearing up to revitalize our Amateur Radio Emergency Service (ARES) program. With a new Emergency Coordinator (EC) at the helm, we’re excited to bring fresh energy and new opportunities for training and involvement. We also now have our ARES callsign back and active, KT8EOC!
We’re planning a variety of training sessions and activities to help our members strengthen their emergency communications skills and be ready when the need arises. Whether you’re a seasoned ARES member or new to the program, there’s something for everyone as we work together to enhance our community’s preparedness.
